A native of Magnolia, Texas, Jesse Raub Jr. is an accomplished country music recording artist, Gold Record songwriter, and philanthropist whose career represents the enduring spirit of authentic Texas Country music. With more than two decades of performing, writing, and recording, Jesse has earned his place among the respected voices of the Texas music scene while building a legacy that reaches far beyond the stage.

The Raub Foundation: Turning Success Into Service

In 2024, Jesse expanded his commitment to helping others through the establishment of The Raub Foundation, a charitable organization dedicated to strengthening communities and supporting individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.

For Jesse, philanthropy is not a publicity opportunity. It is an extension of the values he grew up believing in: neighbors helping neighbors, communities looking after their own, and people using whatever resources they have to make a difference.

The Foundation focuses its efforts on Magnolia, Montgomery County, surrounding Texas communities, and causes beyond the region.

Its charitable priorities include veterans and first responders, children and education, families in crisis, animal welfare, community development, and environmental conservation.

Jesse and the Foundation have raised more than $750,000 to support charitable partners providing housing and mobility improvements for veterans and first responders.

Among its initiatives is support for Spending Money on Kids and Education (SMOKE), which helps local youth through scholarships, agricultural education, and 4-H and FFA projects.

The Foundation also supports efforts benefiting the Montgomery County Women’s Center, including providing meat and essential clothing items to women and children recovering from domestic violence and other traumatic circumstances.

Additional initiatives focus on Texas river restoration, environmental stewardship, and bringing community members together around meaningful causes.

Bringing People Together for a Greater Purpose

Jesse’s ability to connect people through music has become an important part of his charitable work.

Through events such as Good Day Fest and the Raub Foundation Golf Classic, he brings together entertainers, business leaders, sponsors, volunteers, veterans, first responders, and community supporters.

These events are designed to do more than raise money. They build relationships, inspire participation, and demonstrate what can happen when individuals and organizations unite behind a common purpose.

The Foundation’s guiding message, “It’s a good day for a good day,” reflects Jesse’s belief that every day presents an opportunity to improve someone’s life.
