Transitional Housing: Reaching Pines
A Transitional Supportive Community for Survivors of Family and/or Sexual Violence
Reaching Pines is a community of survivors supported by a team of professionals, including a case manager/financial coach, counselors, and volunteers. The primary outcomes of this program are for residents to become independent, financially stable, and to live violence-free lives.
How to Apply to the Program:
Applications are available at each of our locations. In addition, our counselors, advocates and case managers may refer clients whom they believe would benefit from the Reaching Pines program. Prospective clients must complete an application and provide documentation (including financial statements and verification of employment, etc.) to determine their eligibility and rent. All information is subject to verification. If applicants meet the eligibility criteria, they are invited to Reaching Pines for an interview with three staff members.
