Reaching Pines – Transitional Housing
A Transitional Supportive Community for Survivors of Family and/or Sexual Violence
Reaching Pines is a community of survivors supported by a team consisting of a Case Manager/Financial Coach, professional counselors, volunteers and each other. The primary outcome of this program is for residents to become independent, financially stable and live a violence-free life.
Why does our community need Reaching Pines?
Applications are available at any of our offices and at the shelter. In addition, our Counselors, Advocates and Case Managers may refer clients who they believe would benefit from the Reaching Pines program. Clients are asked to fill out a Reaching Pines application, including requested financial information and required documentation indicated in the Application. Upon receipt of a complete application (including required documentation), the applicant’s employment and income are verified.
