Learn. Reflect. Take Action. 💙
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM)—a time when communities across the nation come together to raise awareness, challenge harmful norms, and stand united against sexual violence.
Silence allows sexual violence to persist. Education, conversation, and community action are how we begin to change that.
This month, we are proud to join fellow agencies and organizations in our area to amplify awareness and provide meaningful opportunities for learning and engagement. One of the ways we’re doing that is through our Lunch & Learn Training Series—a simple, accessible way to grow your understanding and become part of the solution.

🥗 Lunch & Learn Training Series
Throughout April, every Tuesday and Thursday at 11:00 AM, you’ll receive a short training video delivered straight to you by text. These videos are designed to fit into your day—watch them over lunch, on a break, or whenever you have a few quiet moments.
Each session will also be shared on our social media platforms, where you’re invited to join the conversation, reflect, and connect with others who are learning alongside you.
At the end of the month, participants will receive a complete collection of all 9 trainings—a valuable resource you can revisit and share.
