SUMMARY:Flowers on the Lake- Community Event
DESCRIPTION:Join Us in Honoring Survivors & Remembering Victims – Flowers on the Lake 2026- DATE TBA\n\nOur community will come together for one of the most meaningful evenings of the year—Flowers on the Lake. This isn’t just an event. It’s a night where remembrance meets action\, where hope takes root\, and where our shared commitment to end domestic violence shines.\n\nEach year\, we release hundreds of purple carnations into the water—this year\, 2\,025 blooms will float gently across the lake\, each one carrying a story of survival or a memory of a life lost too soon. The ripples carry more than petals; they carry our community’s promise to stand with survivors and to remember those who are no longer with us.\n\nOne survivor shared:\n“I remember standing on the shore last year\, clutching a flower in my hand. For the first time in a long time\, I felt seen. I wasn’t just a statistic. I was part of a community that cared.”\n\nThat’s the power of this night. It’s a moment for us—as partners\, advocates\, and neighbors—to show up\, to listen\, and to renew our vow: no one faces this alone.\n\nWe would be honored if you would join us—and bring a friend\, a colleague\, or someone who needs to witness this moment of unity.\n\n 2\,026 Flowers. 2\,026 Stories. \n\nEvery flower released at Flowers on the Lake represents a story. Some are stories of survival. Others\, of loss. All are reminders of why we gather.\n\nOne first responder shared after last year’s ceremony: “We respond to the calls\, but we rarely see the healing. That night\, watching the flowers spread across the lake\, I understood the power of community to carry survivors forward.”\n\nThis event HOSTED BY Judge Echo Hutson in conjunction with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office\, Montgomery County Women’s Center & The Montgomery County Veterans Memorial Commission. Proceeds to benefit Montgomery County Women’s Center.\n\n********** ********** **********\n\nPlease park at the Montgomery County Memorial Library and walk over.\n\nTHIS IS A FREE COMMUNITY EVENT\, however donations and sponsorships are greatly appreciated. Sponsorships will be used to offset event costs including: flowers/ decor\, DJ\, photography/ videography\, etc. All additional donations will be given to Montgomery County Women’s Center to assist them in continuing to provide FREE services to victims of domestic and sexual violence in our community.\n\n********** ********** **********\n\n\nSPONSORSHIP/ DONATION LINK: igfn.us/form/0EQUTw

Driven by Faith. Built on Country Music. Committed to Giving Back. \n \n\nSome country artists sing about hard work\, faith\, family\, and the American way of life. Jesse Raub Jr. has built his life around them. \nA native of Magnolia\, Texas\, Jesse Raub Jr. is an accomplished country music recording artist\, Gold Record songwriter\, and philanthropist whose career represents the enduring spirit of authentic Texas Country music. With more than two decades of performing\, writing\, and recording\, Jesse has earned his place among the respected voices of the Texas music scene while building a legacy that reaches far beyond the stage. \nHis philosophy is straightforward: “I work for Jesus and play for Freedom.” \nThat statement captures the character of a man whose passion for music is matched by his commitment to his community\, his faith\, and his belief that success means something more when it creates opportunities for others. \n  \nThe Raub Foundation: Turning Success Into Service \nIn 2024\, Jesse expanded his commitment to helping others through the establishment of The Raub Foundation\, a charitable organization dedicated to strengthening communities and supporting individuals and families facing difficult circumstances. \nFor Jesse\, philanthropy is not a publicity opportunity. It is an extension of the values he grew up believing in: neighbors helping neighbors\, communities looking after their own\, and people using whatever resources they have to make a difference. \nThe Foundation focuses its efforts on Magnolia\, Montgomery County\, surrounding Texas communities\, and causes beyond the region. \nIts charitable priorities include veterans and first responders\, children and education\, families in crisis\, animal welfare\, community development\, and environmental conservation. \nJesse and the Foundation have raised more than $750\,000 to support charitable partners providing housing and mobility improvements for veterans and first responders. \nAmong its initiatives is support for Spending Money on Kids and Education (SMOKE)\, which helps local youth through scholarships\, agricultural education\, and 4-H and FFA projects. \nThe Foundation also supports efforts benefiting the Montgomery County Women’s Center\, including providing meat and essential clothing items to women and children recovering from domestic violence and other traumatic circumstances. \nAdditional initiatives focus on Texas river restoration\, environmental stewardship\, and bringing community members together around meaningful causes. \nBringing People Together for a Greater Purpose \nJesse’s ability to connect people through music has become an important part of his charitable work. \nThrough events such as Good Day Fest and the Raub Foundation Golf Classic\, he brings together entertainers\, business leaders\, sponsors\, volunteers\, veterans\, first responders\, and community supporters. \nThese events are designed to do more than raise money. They build relationships\, inspire participation\, and demonstrate what can happen when individuals and organizations unite behind a common purpose. \nThe Foundation’s guiding message\, “It’s a good day for a good day\,” reflects Jesse’s belief that every day presents an opportunity to improve someone’s life. \nFor an artist who has spent years connecting with audiences through music\, building a charitable platform that connects people through service is a natural progression. \n  \nA Legacy Beyond the Music \nJesse Raub Jr.’s story is one of perseverance\, loyalty\, and purpose. \nFrom the honky-tonks of Texas to nationally recognized songwriting credits\, from the excitement of performing in sold-out venues to the quieter satisfaction of helping families and communities\, Jesse continues to build a career defined by authenticity. \nHis accomplishments speak for themselves: a Gold Record songwriting credit\, multiple No. 1 Texas radio hits\, millions of music streams\, nationally recognized collaborations\, and an expanding charitable mission. \nBut Jesse’s greatest ambition extends beyond any individual song\, award\, or performance. \nIt is about creating something that lasts. \nSomething that honors the place he came from\, supports the people who helped him along the way\, and opens doors for the next generation. \nToday\, Jesse continues to write\, record\, perform\, and lead with the same values that shaped his beginnings: faith\, freedom\, hard work\, and a commitment to making a difference. \nJesse Raub Jr. isn’t simply building a music career. He’s building a legacy — one song\, one person\, and one good day at a time. \n  \nTickets Available Here: igfn.us/form/fdm1zg \n\n\nThank You To Our Special Sponsor
